One day, I’ve seen a commercial about a skinny woman tells you how wonderful it is to fit into her old clothes again. They show a picture of how she used to look, so you can compare it to her current body state. Then they will tell you how you can get the body etc.  I know I’m not fat but I’m not skinny either!
